Terms and Conditions

Location: Hotel Loreto Palmar, located in Hidalgo between Romanita and Pípila, CP 23880, Loreto, BCS, Mexico.

The hotel has 12 rooms available for accommodation.

  1. 1. Reservations and Payments
  • • Reservations can be made through our online system, by phone, or directly at the hotel reception.
  • To guarantee your reservation, it is required a preview of a night of stay, payable via bank transfer, credit/debit card or cash.
  • The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival or check-in.
  • All rates are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include applicable taxes.
  1. Cancellation and Modification Policies
  • Cancellations made with 7 days in advance will receive a full refund of the advance payment.
  • If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before from the arrival date, the advance payment will not be refundable.
  1. Check-in and Check-out
  • Check-in: From the 15:00 hours.
  • Check-out: Before thes 12:00 hours.
  • Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  1. Stay Policies
  • No pets allowed, unless otherwise stated in a specific offer or prior agreement.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms; this is a smoke-free hotel. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty ofs MXN 2,000.00 for deep cleaning.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel furnishings, facilities, or fixtures.
  1. Services Included
  • Free Wi-Fi in common areas and rooms.
  • Daily cleaning service.
  • Use of common areas (patio, cafeteria, pool, garden, limited parking according to internal regulations).
  • Parking is free but subject to availability.
  1. Hotel Responsibility
  • The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings within the facilities.
  • It is recommended to use the safe available in your room or at reception.
  • The hotel will also not be responsible for accidents occurring outside its areas of control.
  1. Privacy Policies
  • Personal data provided by guests will be used solely for reservation and contact purposes and will be treated in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
  1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation or checking in at Hotel Loreto Palmar, the guest agrees to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
