The hotel offers 11 rooms available for lodging.

1. Reservations & Payments

• Reservations may be made through our online system, by phone, or directly at the hotel reception.

• To guarantee the reservation, a deposit equivalent to one night’s stay is required, payable via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash.

• The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival or during check-in.

• All rates are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include applicable taxes.

2. Cancellation and Modification Policies

• Season: May–November: The guest has up to 72 hours before the arrival date to cancel and receive a refund. Otherwise, a penalty of 100% of the previously collected deposit will be applied.

• High-Season Cancellation Policy (December–April): Any reservation canceled at least 20 days prior to the arrival date will not incur a penalty. The payment method used to guarantee the reservation will be automatically charged the full amount of the stay 20 days before check-in.

  Cancellations made within the penalty period will incur a fee equal to 100% of the total stay.
  NO SHOW: 100% penalty.

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: Starting at 3:00 p.m.

• Check-out: Before 11:00 p.m.

• A 60-minute grace period is granted, so the latest check-out time without charge is 12:00 p.m.
  Departures after the check-out time are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4. Stay Policies

• Pets are not allowed unless otherwise indicated in a specific offer or by prior agreement.

• Smoking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited; this is a non-smoking hotel. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of MXN 2,000.00 for deep cleaning.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel furniture, facilities, or accessories.

5. Included Services

• Complimentary Wi-Fi in common areas and rooms.

• Daily housekeeping service.

• Use of common areas (patio, café, swimming pool, garden, parking area subject to internal regulations).

• Parking is free but subject to availability.

6. Hotel Liability

• The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings within the premises.

• Guests are encouraged to use the safety box available in their room or at reception.

• The hotel is also not liable for accidents occurring outside its controlled areas.

7. Privacy Policies

• Personal data provided by guests will be used solely for reservation and contact purposes and will be handled in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

8. Acceptance of Terms
